Established in 1971, Glover Contracting Ltd. is a full-service private contracting company based in Salmo, British Columbia, with over 50 years of experience in the forest industry.

Our founder, Gary Glover, began his career in logging as a teenager growing up in Fernie, BC. After settling in Salmo with his wife, Betty Anne, Gary launched Glover Contracting with just one employee and a vision for building a reliable, hardworking company grounded in strong values.

 

Glover Contracting has grown steadily through a reputation built on dedication, integrity, and a deep respect for both the industry and the environment. Our commitment to continuous improvement, education, and sustainable practices has guided our success for over five decades.

 

Today, the company remains a proud family-run operation. Gary is joined by his two sons, Shane and Chad, who continue to expand and modernize the business.
